The Easter Bunny Visited Monterey Park on March 28th
The Easter Bunny greeted his friends in Barnes Park to join them in the Annual Easter Egg Hunt.
Several friends joined the Easter Bunny to have their pictures taken together.
Little children aged 3 and under had a very special section for them to pick up their eggs.
They exchanged their eggs for little colorful bunnies.
Volunteers spread around candy filled eggs for the older children to race and pick up their eggs.
Since each age group had special times to enjoy their hunts.
Thousands of children and the parents enjoyed their sunny afternoon event.
It featured the Farmersā Market as well as many information booths, school booths, religious booths and more.
Members of the Monterey Park PoliceĀ Department greeted their residents and passed out gift bags with important information on their safety.
Several young artists created their own Easter cards.
One Easter Bunny displayed a small bubble machine to the delight of the children of all ages.
Several booths set up games for the little ones that included the Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Library.
The Egg Hunt was a very successful event.
