We have been “safer at home” since March 2020!

Our economy is California has been devastated by Governor Newsom who closed down small stores, movie theaters, restaurants, places of worship and other businesses he deemed where not essential in his world.

This elected official has decided that “California residents should do as I say and not do what I do”.

He was caught eating inside a restaurant, sitting close together with other guests and not wearing his mask by the public in the early days of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

He ordered that each county in California sent out mail in ballots to all of the registered voters in their county even if the voters did not request a mail in ballot.

The Recall Committee has submitted over 2.1 million signatures to be validated to have his recall placed on a California Ballot.

Governor Newsom has stated that the Recall Committee is full of Trump supporters and White Supremacists.

Yet, the Recall Committee collected more signatures than the number of registered Republicans that live in California.

He plans to use his “War Chest” to fight against California voters who want him out of office.

It has been reported that the counties are double checking each signature to see if it is valid before accepting it.

It also been reported that some counties accepted mail in ballots without verifying that the voters’ signatures were valid. They did not seem to care if dead people and/or out of county or state residents voted in California’s 2020 Presidential Election.

I recall that when the polls closed in California at 8:00 PM the news media gave our 55 Electoral votes to the Biden-Harris ticket before all of our votes were counted.

Now this this may come back to haunt the Democratic Party.

“We the People” are already seeing the results of the Biden-Harris ticket.  Our borders are now wide open to anyone who wants to swarm into our country because of Joe Biden.  The drug cartels are sending in drugs with some of their people. Young children have arrived without their parents so now we the taxpayers have to pay to support them.

Our energy prices have risen so we have to pay more to heat our homes, fuel our cars, use our electricity to light up our homes, pay higher prices for our food, clothing and medicine.

Our country has millions of homeless people that should be helped before we support the rest of the world.

Our country has millions of people who have lost their jobs due to this Pandemic.  They need to be able to work to support themselves and their families. This should be top priority for our government.

Yet, the Biden-Harris ticket and their Communist/Socialist supporters are busy destroying our United States of America.

They are using your race, your ethnicity, your sex, your religious believes, your political believes and your financial benefits against you.

The Biden-Harris ticket and their supporters are expressing concerns that the criminals are being unjustly arrested, convicted and sentenced to serve time for their crimes. Especially if they are members of the Black or Brown communities.

They seemed to be OK when a person of color rapes, robs and/or kill a person from the White and Asian communities.

Now because Asian people are being attacked by thugs based on the World Health Organization’s decision to allow some labs in China to develop various viruses that are deadly.

It has been reported that they are using our hard-earned U S tax dollars to support their fatal research.

Now the Biden-Harris ticket and some of their supporters are demanding these crimes be called Hate Crimes.

“On March 26 Fox News reported Riverside County Superior Court Judge Roger A. Luebs ordered each of the juveniles to serve 150 hours of community service.”

“A California judge has decided not to impose a prison sentence on two boys whose bullying and sucker-punch attack led to the death of a 13-year-old classmate in 2019.”

“Diego Stolz, 13, was killed during a bullying incident on Sept. 16, 2019 at Landmark Middle School. “

“They had picked on the victim for years. The attack was caught on video, which circulated widely on social media. And they admitted to involuntary manslaughter in court after having their charges reduced from voluntary manslaughter.”

“But Riverside County Superior Court Judge Roger A. Luebs ordered each of the juveniles to serve 150 hours of community service, according to FOX 11 Los Angeles.”

“No custody time was ordered and the judge ordered each juvenile to do 150 hours of community service and also that they participate in various programs specifically tailored toward their rehabilitative needs,” a spokesman for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office confirmed to Fox News.”

“He said he could not comment further because the case involved minors but added that the juvenile court system had a focus on rehabilitation.”

“The two suspects, whose identities have been withheld because they are minors, had allegedly been bullying Diego Stolz since seventh grade at Landmark Middle School in Moreno Valley.”

“Video of the incident showed a significantly larger boy confronting Diego on school grounds. The victim has his hands at his sides when the first attacker punches him in the face. The second punches him from behind, and Diego loses his balance, falls and cracks his head on concrete.”

“He never regained consciousness and was taken off life support nine days later, according to family attorney Dave Ring.”

“The boy’s aunt had filed numerous complaints about bullying before the fatal attack, according to the FOX 11 report, and the family was told the boys would be suspended for a separate incident on the day of the attack.”

“But they were at school, and that had deadly results.”

“Both the principal, Scott Walker, and vice principal, Kamilah O’Connor, were later fired, and the family filed wrongful death litigation against the district.”

“Judge Luebs was first elected to the bench in 2002 and ran unopposed in three subsequent elections, records show.”

“Probation officials had wanted the boys to serve time at a juvenile facility, according to FOX 11, but Luebs argued they were basing the request on public outrage rather than rehabilitation.”

“Luebs obtained and undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside, in 1974 and received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 1977, according to Trellis, a court transparency organization.”

Now Judge Luebs has allowed two killers to be set free because of their ages.

Maybe Judge Luebs will change his mind when one of his family members or friends are bullied, robbed, raped or killed by some teenage thugs.

It has been reported the Gang Members always use younger members to commit crimes since the Law does not punish them as adults.

In the meantime, Riverside County voters should begin a Recall against Judge Luebs and file a complaint against him with The State Bar of California for his irresponsible actions.

I like the Pennsylvania Law when it was reported that a 14-year girl killed her 19-year-old sister that she will be tried as an Adult for her crime.

I believe that a person regardless of their age commits a crime they should be sentenced to serve time. If they kill a person, they should be sentenced to life. They could serve in Juvenile Hall until they are 18 years old and then transferred to Adult Prison. They should have to work while serving their time and their paychecks should be handed over to their victim or their family members.

When a juvenile commits a crime their parents and/or guardians should be held accountable for their actions. They should have to pay for all of their legal fees, pay restitution for their damages and pay the state for supporting their children.

Children are considered by religious people as gifts from God. Children should be loved, respected, educated, housed and fed by their parents.

Our family units should be respected by members of our society and not destroyed by our government who promises freebees to single mothers who may not be able to raise their children by themselves without the financial help of us, the taxpayers.

Have you noticed the Biden-Harris ticket and their supports want to re-write our American and World histories to meet their Communist/Socialist warped view of our world?

Yes, our Human History is full of injustices against people of all races since the day when Cain killed his brother Abel.

“We the People” are very generous people but we cannot save the whole world.

We should first help our fellow Americans rebuild their lives destroyed by this Pandemic, the violent weather, the violent criminal unrest and the hatred of people who look different from us.

Remember that old saying “don’t judge a book by its cover”?

We may not look the same on the outside but we all bleed the same color of blood.

Our United States of America and our world are at a tipping point in time.

Do we move forward to improve our lives or do we work to destroy ourselves?

Many religious people believe that our world as we know it is coming to an end in time.

I hope and pray that we can learn to work together to improve our world and our lives.

Our United States of American may have many faults but it is the best country to live in for our personal freedoms.
