The world is suffering from a virus that has taken many lives in China, Spain, Italy, the United States of America and other counties.
The news media has reported this information to all of us:
“As the novel coronavirus incubated in Wuhan from mid-December to mid-January, the Chinese state made evidently intentional misrepresentations to its people concerning the outbreak, providing false assurances to the population preceding the approach of the Lunar New Year celebrations on Jan. 25. In mid-December, an outbreak of a novel influenza-like illness was traced to workers and customers of the city’s Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market, which contained exotic and wild animal species. On Dec. 26, multiple Chinese news outlets released reports of an anonymous laboratory technician who made a startling discovery: The sickness was caused by a new coronavirus that was 87 percent similar to SARS, or Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome.”
The Chinese government was hiding the facts about this illness from their own people and now trying to blame our United States government for this worldwide outbreak that they could have contained.
Now some of our elected officials and other people are calling people racists when they refer to the COVID-19 as a Chinese virus since it began in China.
Since our United States government does not know how long this virus will last and be spreading across our country we, the people, are in “lockdown”. We are only allowed to go to the markets, drug stores, banks, gas stations or other essential locations to provide the necessities for our lives.
All of the schools are closed. Most of the restaurants are closed unless they have drive through windows or offer delivery service.
People are only allowed to congregate in groups of their immediate family members.
Some primary elections have been delayed to a later date based on their governors’ timelines.
Is this virus killing our American economy since many government officials have declared most businesses non-essential?
The federal government has approved a stimulus package to send money to thousands of residents who have lost their jobs so they can afford to keep a roof over their heads, feed their families and pay their bills.
The greediness of some of these elected officials in Washington DC have added “pork” to the bill to bring in more taxpayers’ money into the “Pet Projects”.
Our elected officials should be working together for the benefits of all Americans.
They were elected to serve us, we the people of the United States of America. They were not elected to serve themselves or their “Pet Projects.”
If your elected officials in Washington DC, in your state, in your county or in your city are not doing their job they should be told to do the job that we pay you to do or we will fired you at the ballot box.
Our federal government should demand that the Chinese government should stop spreading their lies about this COVID-19 that has been documented that began in their country.
The Chinese government should pay a “high price” for their failure to act to protect their own people from this virus and stop this virus from spreading across the world.
Our federal government should demand that all pharmaceutical companies manufactured their drugs in our America for our health and safety.
Our federal government should demand that all American companies doing business in China bring their companies home or they can pay a “high price” for doing their businesses in a foreign country. Our Americans can be trained to do these jobs at home. This will help the American economy grow and be even stronger.
Our forefather and foremothers did not immigrate to the United States of America to beholding to foreign countries.
Our ancestors immigrated to the United States of America to enjoy our many freedoms that they were not allowed in their old countries.
Together as Americans we can support each other in this medical emergency with our prayers, our good deeds, our faith in each other and our faith in our God.
