In continuation of the support of our veterans, we are having a new socks and underwear drive during the entire month of March.  These supplies will be distributed to Veterans in need at our booth at the 3rd Annual “Heroes in the Shadows Stand Down” event on April 4th, 5th and 6th at Whittier Narrows Park.  This event provides hot meals, showers, clothing, Vision & Dental screenings along with many other resources and services to our veterans.  Please help spread the word about the event and help us donate these necessities to our veterans by dropping off new socks or underwear at the American Legion any time before Friday, March 28th.  Gift cards are also welcome.

Please join us for our annual Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, March 22nd!  Pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage will be served from 8:30 am – 11:30 am in the main hall of the Legion.

The American Legion has a spacious hall that is available for ANYONE to rent for any occasion!  We have reasonable rates; a full bar, and decorating and party assistance is available upon request.  Please check out the   album titled ”Rent Our Hall” on our Facebook page for pictures of past events, or call the Legion for more information.

Don’t forget to join us for our Friday night dinners at the Legion in March on the 14th and the 28th.  Dinners are served from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
