Open House
Assemblymember Ed Chau with his wife Candice and their daughter Caitlyn welcomed the residents to his Open House held on July 20 in his District Office.
Over 150 guests attended the event to meet with Ed Chau and many other local elected officials to discuss the various issues in their neighborhoods.

Assemblymember Ed Chau welcomed all to his grand opening of his local district office at 1255 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 306 in Monterey Park. He introduced many of the local officials to the guests. He thanked everyone for being here. He was elected seven months ago and has hit the ground running. He meets with local officials to find out their needs. As a freshman member he can serve for 12 years. He will acquire more experience as he serves. He has a team in Sacramento and Monterey Park. The state budget is balanced with reserves thanks to Proposition 30 for education. It is important to him that the unemployment rate is lower. He will work for a healthy California. The economy is picking up. He is very happy to make laws to benefit California. He has a full house at this event. He is looking forward to working for and serving the residents.
