Monterey Park can now breathe a sigh of relief and satisfaction without further worry or fear that our fire fighters might go county!

Instead, our community can truly enjoy a calm and care free happy summer, as well as, applying to other personal affairs now! Residents are spending their time repairing, repainting and beautifying their property, as they should be doing without any more worries or disruptions!

However, it is without question, all the above is now attainable today, simply because, we were all fortunate to have fellow residents who were persistent and resolved in retaining our fire firefighters to remain in Monterey Park where they were sworn in to protect and care for this incredible city!

Our special “thanks” therefore, goes to our present “city council, “Concerned Citizens group”, Terry and Tilda De Wolfe and our outstanding heroine “Nancy Arcuri” who has managed to keep our city “intact”!
