NEW CITIZENS AND MILITARY FAMILIES TO BE

HONORED AT JULY 4th CELEBRATION

One of the highlights of Monterey Park’s annual July 4th

Celebration will be a special ceremony to honor new citizens and

members of the Military and their families. The City Council and

local elected officials will be on hand to present certificates. This

ceremony will take place at the Barnes Park amphitheater

(350 S. McPherrin) at 5:30 p.m.

Military members and/or their families, along with new U.S.

citizens that would like to participate must contact the Recreation

Department by June 30th at (626) 307-1388 or

raguirre@montereypark.ca.gov to confirm attendance at the

Ceremony.
