Monterey Park Police Officers recently arrested Joseph W. Toscanini DOB 12-4-64 for Indecent exposure. Toscanini is a transient and registered sex offender in Santa Monica. During the course of the investigation, there are indications that this individual has recently committed additional acts of indecent exposure with possible victims being toboggan gonflable females between the ages of 5 and 10 years old.

Toscanini is a M/W/46/5-7/140 lbs with a thin build.
