Mayor Jose Sanchez, Mayor Pro Tem Thomas Wong, Councilmember Vinh Ngo, Councilmember Yvonne Yiu and Councilmember Henry Lo all voted on November 15^th to hire Inez Alvarez to be our City Manager.

Inez Alvarez was the Assistant City Manager to our retired City Manager Ron Bow.

All of the Councilmembers agreed that she was our best candidate for the job.

The crowd and staff attending the meeting all agreed with their decision.
