Delario Robinson is a City Council Candidate for District 5
He had his Kickoff Event on August 6th near the NBC Restaurant in Monterey Park.
Angie Chu welcomed the guests to Delario Robinson’s special event. He is running for Monterey Park City Council in District 5

Delario Robinson introduced former Monterey Park Mayor Anthony Wong. Anthony welcomed the guests to Monterey Park. He supports Delario Robinson for City Council. He praised Delario who wants to serve all of Monterey Park. Delario enjoys living in Monterey Park. He will serve our total community.
Delario Robinson introduced former School Boardmember Sophie Wong. Sophie said she is impressed to see all of us here. She is very happy to support Delario. He is the best man for the job.
Delario Robinson introduced David Moch. David said he went to school with Delario. He is just the kind of person for this job. He will stay strong. He has lived in Monterey Park for 20 years.
Delario Robinson introduced Henry Lowell. Henry remembered that he gave Delario his first pair of track shoes in high school. He is always working to be a winner. He supports Delario for Monterey Park City Council.
Ashley and Ashton Ruiz sang our National Anthem with Delario Robinson and Angie Chu.
They also performed several songs to the delight of the guests.

Delario Robinson introduced former Monterey Park Mayor Stephen Lam. He said Stephen is a former Mayor of Monterey Park and a very successful business man. He worked with Stephen many times over the years first as a commissioner and later in private business. He appreciated Stephen.
Stephen Lam said he is here to support Delario for City Council. He is a resident for the last 20 years. You have spent many years as a commissioner now you should serve on the City Council.
Please vote for Delario Robinson as a Councilmember of District 5.
Delario works together with other commissioners. He helped the developers with the Market Place.
He and Delario worked together for the Courtyard by Marriott which has 300 rooms with a Bed Tax of 12% that is paid to Monterey Park. We live in an International Commerce.
Delario has a vision of Monterey Park with more hotels to be built on Atlantic.
Please vote for Delario in District 5.
Monterey Park is the 1st best city to live in California and the 3rd best city to live in the United States.
Monterey Park Fire Department is a Class 2.
Our city moto is “Pride in the Past” and Faith in the Future”.

Stephen thanked the guests for attending this event. He trusts that we will vote for Delario.
Delario thanked Stephen Lam for his support. Delario said he is the Past President of the Democratic Club in Monterey Park. He had an athletic career. He played football. He was a track star. He worked with Los Angeles for a Boys’ Day. He spoke about his High School years. He was asked by the principal to escort the Queen at the Prom. He always dressed in a suit and a tie to be the best.
He asked the City Council to repair the streets which will cost $35 Million that is budgeted for the repairs.
He said we need to raise funds for our General Fund.
One of our pools needs to be repaired. He said that our Council needs to get things.
Delario pledge to work with people to get things done. We have to agree to all work together.
We need to allocate more money into the city to get things done.
