Members of the Democratic Party, their supports from the Main Stream Media, the Silicon Valley and Corporate America have declared that the 2020 Presidential Election had no voter fraud, no dead people voted, no one manipulated the vote count but over 72 Million Americans do not believe them.  At last count 70% are registered Republicans and 30% are registered Democrats.

“As judges around the U.S. continue to dismiss claims of voter fraud by President Trump and his supporters, prosecutors and election officials in Los Angeles County said Tuesday that they had uncovered evidence of an actual attempt to fix an election — albeit a small, local one.”

“Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, were charged with multiple counts of voter fraud after allegedly trying to register 8,000 “fictitious, nonexistent or deceased” voters to receive mail-in ballots. The scheme was part of an illicit bid by Montenegro to become mayor of Hawthorne, according to a criminal complaint made public Tuesday.”

“Montenegro and Arevalo allegedly used three recently registered post office boxes and Montenegro’s home address to submit the fraudulent applications, which allowed election officials to quickly flag them as suspicious in mid-October, according to Dean Logan, the county’s top election official.”

“While court records show at least 29 mail-in ballots were issued to people Montenegro and Arevalo had allegedly ginned up, none of the ballots were tallied in the general election, Logan said.”

“The case, he added, highlights how difficult it would be to carry out the widespread voter fraud President Trump and others have claimed was rampant in the 2020 election.”

“What this does is it illustrates that election officials here as well as across the country take these issues very seriously. This was 8,000 registrations in a jurisdiction that has 5.8 million voters,” said Logan, noting that the fraud narratives being pushed across the country would have required election officials to fail to notice misconduct on a massively larger scale.”

“Hawthorne’s population is roughly 86,000 and the city has about 44,000 registered voters, according to the L.A. County Registrar’s office. The number of voters the defendants are accused of trying to register would have boosted the city’s electorate by nearly 20%, a jump which set off alarm bells in the registrar’s office, Logan said. In addition to the repeated use of Montenegro’s home address on many of the applications, many used similar or identical Social Security numbers.”

“We tracked where those voter registration forms were coming from and we notified the [California] Secretary of State and the district attorney’s office,” Logan said.”

“Montenegro and Arevalo were scheduled to appear in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday, and both were being represented by court-appointed attorneys. The men and Hawthorne city officials could not immediately be reached for comment.”

“According to the criminal complaint, the two men began attempting to collect signatures for Montenegro’s mayoral bid sometime in July or August, and in early October submitted paperwork to nominate Montenegro that contained the names of 32 made-up or dead people who were said to support his candidacy.”

“Montenegro — who was charged with 18 counts of voter fraud, two counts of perjury and a host of other misdemeanors — faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted. Arevalo, who was charged with conspiracy and multiple counts of voter fraud, faces up to eight years.”

“I think that this is an example of how the system is supposed to work, that if you see something and something is suspect, you report it and we investigate it,” Logan said. “In this case, it was stopped before any harm to the election could happen.”

Nearly 80% of the ballots cast in Los Angeles County during the general election were submitted by mail, and Logan has said his office was able to weather the surge in mail ballots without significant problems.

“L.A. County ballot boxes briefly became a matter of national intrigue after Trump tweeted a video last week purporting to show mail-in ballots being collected from official drop boxes several days after the election. Officials in Logan’s office, however, debunked the claim, saying the footage was taken the morning after the election and county employees were collecting ballots that had been cast before the boxes were locked at 8 p.m. on the night of the election.”

“Logan said his office is still investigating footage of a woman possibly interfering with mail-in ballots at a South L.A. senior center. The woman, who supported Joe Biden, was collecting incomplete ballots and promising to fill in the rest, according to a report by Eyewitness News. The case was also referred to the district attorney’s office.”

Ballot for deceased voter raises concerns about L.A. County election integrity with erroneous ballots floating around, election integrity relies on built-in safeguards

“It wasn’t exactly news to Jonathan Savell that the previous owner of the home he purchased seven years ago was deceased. He bought it on probate.”

“But when two vote-by-mail ballots showed up this week, one for him and one for the previous owner, it made him wonder about the integrity of the November election. Due to the coronavirus, this is the first year every active voter in the state received a mail-in ballot.”

“Everybody has concerns about integrity and stuff. I think that it is not a partisan issue,” said Savell, who lives in Inglewood. “Everybody should be worried. Anyone has the capability of cheating if something is sent their way.”

“While safeguards are in place, such as signature verifications and strong penalties for fraud, election integrity watchers concede that in a county as big as Los Angeles with roughly 5.6 million active voters, some amount of mistakes are liable to get made.”

“The L.A. County Registrar has made a few already, such as roughly 2,100 ballots recently sent to Woodland Hills without the U.S. Presidential contest.”

“I know it’s very distressing,” said Kim Alexander, president of California Voter Foundation. “I have been hearing a couple stories here and there. People are on high alert, and I’m glad people are paying close attention. But there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes that voters are not aware of.”

“Los Angeles resident Nate Duhon also received two ballots this week, and he doesn’t know why. Now he’s not sure which ballot is the correct one.”

“Now I’m thinking, ‘what’s going on?’” Duhon said. “It’s looking kind of shady to me… It was hard enough for some people to get the right to vote. Come on, we should have this perfected by now.”

“Even if someone is issued multiple ballots, there are several ways to safeguard against voter fraud, according to the L.A. County Registrar. Each ballot contains a bar code so that it can be tracked and matched to each voter, ensuring that voters only cast one ballot.”

“In addition, every ballot is scanned by a computer to verify the signature matches the one on record, usually from the California Department of Motor Vehicles. For those signatures that do not match, they are reviewed by two election officials, based on county guidelines.”

“But even with trained workers and technology, the reliability is questionable, said Bob Popper, senior attorney and director of voting integrity for Judicial Watch.”

“Certainly in a practical sense, especially with an election with so many mail-in ballots, it does lead to a lot of ballots being rejected,” Popper said.”

“One of the problems in California, Popper said, was the reluctance of election officials to clean up the voter rolls, something that could prevent incorrect ballots from being issued to people who have moved or died.”

“Judicial Watch, along with the Election Integrity Project California reached a settlement with the state and L.A. County in 2019 that included a process for removing inactive voters from the rolls after two consecutive federal elections without voting. California for years did not delete names of inactive voters, instead keeping them on the rolls but not issuing them voting materials.”

“In L.A. County, there are roughly 1.6 million inactive voters who likely moved. Those inactive voters were not removed from the rolls, but neither were they issued mail-in ballots this year, based on an executive order by Gov. Gavin Newsom.”

“Popper said he thought L.A. County was doing a better job at purging voter rolls of deceased individuals, but clearly some were missed.”

“No doubt there are registrations of those who have died that just slip through the cracks,” Popper said.”

“Election integrity experts point to a handful of voting fraud causes. Most involve individuals falsely submitting ballots such as a Norwalk man in August who faced voter fraud charges for allegedly casting ballots in several elections on behalf of his deceased mother.”

“Despite claims by President Donald Trump, who has lashed out against vote-by-mail, there is no evidence that mail-in balloting this year is ripe for fraud on a large scale basis.”

I want to thank the reporters from The Los Angeles Times and The Daily Breeze for their interesting research.

They have reported that voter fraud was not successfully done in Los Angeles County.

If you have been watching the television news you have heard and seen that not every county in all of our 50 states followed the example of Los Angeles County.

Some Election Officials have done their best to disenfranchise Poll Watchers by not allowing them to watch the vote counting that is allowed by our U S Constitution.

One Governor disobeyed their State Constitution by extending the date to vote past the November 3^rd date.

The biggest problem in this election was to the delight of the Democratic Party who pushed for a mass mail in ballots process so that everyone could vote regardless if they have moved out of the county that they were registered to vote in and they even allowed the dead to vote.

They used the COVID-19 virus as their reason to force many Americans to use the mail in ballots.

The Democratic Party has become the party of Fear, Corruption, Liars and Thieves.

I have heard that their motto is “never let a good crisis go to waste”

They used Black Lives Matter and Antifa to riot and destroy many American cities. Their actions caused the loss of American lives, personal property and public property.

Many so-called Hollywood Stars used their money to bail out these thugs.

I wonder if the thugs will ever be charged and prosecuted for their actions?

I have heard rumors that George Soros was paying for some of these thugs to travel around our America to cause riots and unrest in the name of Black Lives Matter and Antifa.

George Soros is Hungarian-born American billionaire investor and philanthropist. As of May 2020, he had a net worth of $8.3 billion, having donated more than $32 billion to the Open Society Foundations. That means that he is a Naturalized Citizen so maybe he could be charged with treason? He could be stripped of his US citizenship and sent back to his native Hungary.

Did you hear that several of the Black Live Matter Officials are now trying to distance themselves from the Antifa Organization now that their ticket has won?

It was OK to them to riot and destroy private property and public property before the November 3^rd election.

Now they want to be supported by the American voters since they may want to become a political party themselves.

According to the 2019 Census the Black population is only 13.4% of our American population.

Many Black Americans have stated that Black Lives Matter has caused harm to their everyday lives in our United States of America.

Have you notices that many of the Antifa members are young white children who have been educated on lies about our American History.  Did you know that many of our United States Schools no longer teach American History, Civics and World History classes to our young people?

No wonder that the Democratic Party had so many uneducated voters who fell for their Communist and Socialist lies.

Has our United States of America become a nation of sheep who blindly follow their leaders to destroy “Our Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave”?

You can still work hard in our free society and achieve success.

Please do not help these Communists and Socialists destroy our American Dream with their outrageous lies.

Please save our American Dream for your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The future of our United States of America is in God’s hands and your hands.
