Members of the city staff celebrated the day with a “Candy Caravan” at five locations in the city at the Bruggemeyer Library, Highland Park, Hillview Avenue, Langley Center and Garvey Ranch Park on October 29^th.

Councilmember Henry Lo attended the party at the Garvey Ranch Park location.

Members from the Street Maintenance Department, the Parks Department, the Police Depart and the Fire Department set up five tables ready to hand out candy to crowds of young residents dressed in their Halloween Best. They were driven around the park by their parents or grandparents.

The children were ready with the pumpkins, buckets or bags to receive their candy from Councilmember Henry Lo and their city employees.

It was a wonderful party for children of all ages.
