SPECIAL NOTICE

You are receiving the enclosed bill because our records show bouncy castle for sale that there are unpaid taxes on this parcel, which may subsequently result in a tax sale. If you are not the owner of this parcel, we are sending you this notice at the request of the owner under our Third Party Notification Program.

INSTALLMENT PLAN OPTION FOR DELINQUENT TAXES FROM A PRIOR YEAR

You may be eligible to open an installment plan and pay the delinquent taxes over a five-year period for non-residential commercial, and vacant property that is less than three years in default, and residential property that is less than five years in default. MILITARY ACTIVE DUTY

Under provisions of the Federal Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Civil Relief Act, active military personnel, regardless of the duration of military service or financial status, qualify for a reduction in the interest charged on unpaid property taxes. VOLUNTARY THIRD PARTY NOTIFICATION PROGRAM

In the event your property becomes tax defaulted and/or subject to sale due to a tax delinquency, you can designate a Third Party (e.g., a friend, family member, or agency) to receive copies of the default notices so they can remind you of your property tax obligation. Please call 1(213) 974-2111
or toll free at 1(888) 807-2111_ for additional information. You can also complete and submit this application online at http://ttc.lacounty.gov.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Mailed Payments – Please use the enclosed envelope and include the payment stub from the bill. Do not attach staples, clips, tape or correspondence.

Pay Online – Save time and pay online by making a payment from your checking account. There is no fee for this service. You may also pay online by using a credit card or Visa Debit card. Please note there is a fee that is charged by a third-party vendor to use this method of payment. For more information, log on to lacountypropertytaxcom. You will need a PIN number that is printed on the attached bill to complete the transaction. Each transaction is limited to $25,000.

Pay in Person – Cash, check or money order payments can be made in person at 225 North Hill Street, 1st Floor Lobby, Los Angeles, between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
