San Gabriel – Fr. Aloysius Ellacuria, CMF 28th Anniversary Memorial Mass is set for Sat., April 4, at 10 a.m. at San Gabriel Mission’s Chapel of Annunciation, 425 S. Junipero Serra Dr., San Gabriel.

The memorial mass is scheduled by Claretian Missionaries Inflatable Water Slide Western Province and Missionaries of Fatima, announced Rev. Fr. John Raab, CMF.

San Gabriel Mission offers free self-parking on a first-come basis in the church lot at the intersection of Mission Road and Junipero Serra Drive.  Also, free parking is available on streets by the mission.

San Gabriel Mission was founded on Sept. 8, 1771 as the fourth oldest of 21 missions in California.  The Roman Catholic parish has more than 70 active groups in a language of either English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog (Filipino) or Chinese.
