San Gabriel Mission High School sophomore pitcher Nicole Holguin struck out nine batters and only walked one in Mission’s 6-2 win against visiting Flintridge Sacred Heart on May 1.  Holguin improved her record to 8-1. Also, pictured with Holguin was Mission second baseman junior Amber Gonzalez and senior centerfielder Megan Magdaleno. Magdaleno was 2-3 at the plate and had three stolen bases.
