Scored 23 points and had 11 rebounds, six steals and two assists in Rosemead’s 42-27 win against Arroyo High as Rosemead clinched its second consecutive Mission Valley League title. Ramirez followed with 18 points in Rosemead’s 46-25 win at South El Monte to finish MVL 10-0 and 19-4 overall heading into the playoffs.
