A total of 5,351 ballots cast out of 28,047 registered voters in the City for a turnout of 19.08%. Accordingly, Peter Chan and Hans Liang were elected to the City Council, Vincent Chang was elected as City Clerk, and Joseph Leon was elected as City Treasurer.

Measure LL received 2,985 “yes” votes or 60.44% and 1,954 “no” votes or 39.54%. As a result of the election, Measure LL was not carried and shall not be deemed adopted and ratified
