Pastor Tim Clark administered the oath of office on April 14th to his mother, Margaret Clark. She has served on the City Council since 1991 and has rotated into the office as the Mayor once every Council term based on City law.

Mayor Clark stated the Council takes this job very seriously. She thanked the residents for their support.

Cyrus Paniagua administered the oath of office on April 14th to his Godmother, Sandra Armenta. She has served on the City Council since 2009 and has rotated into the office as the Mayor Pro Tem.

Mayor Pro Tem Armenta thanked the residents for their support. She called it a blessing. The Council will work together.

Councilmembers Margaret Clark, Sandra Armenta, Polly Low and Steven Ly honored outgoing Mayor William Alarcon for his outstanding service to the community with a “Golden Gavel Award”.
