LET THEM EAT PIZZA!
Enjoy a pizza dinner (for $10) and learn about current status of Alhambra’s water supply.
The Alhambra Historical Society invites everyone to their evening meeting on Wednesday, May 27 at the Masonic Center, 9 West Woodward, corner of First Street, in Alhambra beginning at 6 p.m. with pizza and salad from Charlie’s Trio, dessert and schmoozing. You will also have the opportunity to view the many historical items on display.
The business meeting will start at 7 p.m. with a unique pizza-related installation of new officers by Dr. Gay Toltl Kinman, a former president. You will see many new faces on the Board!
The program will begin at 7:30 featuring David Dolphin, the Environmental Compliance Manager of the City of Alhambra who will update us on the water situation. Learn about current emergency regulations, and how conservation is the key to sustaining our water supplies.
A question and answer period will follow.
Only those eating dinner will be charged $10. The meeting is free and open to the public.
