Congratulations to a local runner for running in national championships!
Daily newspapers don’t care about high school runners unless their team is very highly ranked, and your paper gave local youth the coverage! Another local runner, Jessica Yuen of Keppel High School, also competed. Those conditions look incredibly tough. They should all have received a medal for finishing! Thank you The Citizen’s Voice for saluting our local youth!
